An unusual Cava in that it's from one of Rioja's top makers of red wines. Made from the local Viura with a touch of Malvasia, it features nice apple, citrus and herb aromas followed by orange, lime, apple and tarragon flavors. Clean, quick and light on the finish. No complaints.
