This organically produced wine is comprised of 86% Melnik, 8% Grenache Noir and 6% Petit Verdot. It has aromas of blueberry, tobacco leaf and leather and flavors of chocolate powder, cassis and blackberry. There is a long finish with a pleasant burst of acidity at the end.
