With tobacco, licorice, herbs, bell pepper and carob, there's a bit of everything to this Navarran Cabernet. The palate is thick and chewy, but it's also sticky and very tannic. Flavors run toward vegetal and green, with clove, burnt sugar and roasted fruit. Heat and molasses work the finish of this beefy beast that lacks clarity.
