This lovely wine is light but tempting, with sweet herb, yellow apple and pale peach fruit flavors. The wine is not pushed past the limits of the fruit, but all the flavor and focus possible have been extracted from these grapes. Beautifully balanced and perfect for a mix of light seafood or cheese.
