A new tier for Pommery, the brut Apanage is made in a fine, elegant style, with more Chardonnay (45%) in the blend than the regular brut Royal. Fine bead and a restrained nose showing interesting iron and mineral elements, wrapped into the steely, trim fruit. The length and polish are what show its true breed.
