Bright red cherries and a charred, herbacious oak scent perfume this light bodied North Carolina Sangiovese. Red cherry flavors continue on the palate as well, along with some pleasant tobacco and vanilla spice notes, but the acidity is fairly high, and there's some green in the background too.
