The blend is 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Merlot and 3% Petiit Verdot. It's all about the barrels right now, having spent 20 months in 50% new French oak. Toast, clove, cocoa and dark roast coffee flavors abound, but underneath the tart fruit carries some green notes. Decant for some time prior to consuming.
