Made from 85% Flora, 9% Pinot Noir and 6% Chardonnay in a Méthode Traditionelle style, with 3.5 g/L of residual sugar, this wine is dry on the nose, while taking on a slightly sweeter, velvety texture on the palate. Apple and brioche combine with a touch of anise, vanilla and peach for a smooth, intoxicating quaff that's entirely enjoyable.
