From the Eichholz south-facing single vineyard, this is a wine that takes its minerality from limestone soil, which gives it concentration. White fruits are sprinkled with pepper and balanced with intense acidity. It is, of course, still young, needing 2–3 years. Screwcap. Imported by Michael Skurnik Wines.
