Made from 100% Grenache Blanc grapes grown at the Sperring Vineyard, this is Sheldon's first vintage of the variety. Having only seen neutral oak and been stainless-steel fermented, the result is a light, floral quaff of crisp-yet-rich peach and citrus fruit, lemony and smooth, with a suggestion of ginger snaps.
