Dark, tannic and full-bodied, this five grape Bordeaux blend from a classic Washington vintage is 100% Alder Ridge fruit. This is a fine effort, cellar-ready and substantial. Black fruits, fresh herbs, a hint of tomato leaf, a streak of caramel, all come together but need lots of breathing time (or cellaring) to show their best.
