Earthy like a Pinot Noir at first, but bigger boned like Syrah, this Tempranillo (with 10% Graciano blended in) has brooding mushroom notes throughout, is quite savory and has a long, peppery finish. Still very young, its tightly wound tannins will let loose over time.
