The bouquet on this blend of Cab, Zin, Merlot and Tempranillo is fairly smooth and complex, with spice and modest heat. The palate, however, seems to be on the roasted and burnt side of the fence, with chocolate notes bringing up the rear. This is tasty but heavy, grabby and hot.
