An aromatic, floral, and slightly spicy nose is followed by fresh pear and apple on the palate and a touch of oak to ground the fruit and create a nice balance. The initial impression here is pleasing but overall, the wine is somewhat one-dimensional and lean on flavor nuances. Would still pair well with food; think fresh seafood.
