From the winery's Bob's Ranch vineyard primarily, this is a beautiful white wine, and an inaugural release, that is floral and voluptuously creamy in texture. Despite its fulsome nature, it retains balance via a thread of persistently bright acidity amidst rich tones of candied pear, peach, anise and vanilla crème brûlée. It has length for days.
