Just the second Cabernet Franc from this winery, this is a pure, 100% varietal expression, dappled with cinnamon spice, hints of coffee, softly grainy tannins, and lovely blueberry/cassis fruit. Both elegant and powerful, it marks an important step forward for the winery. The velvety mouthfeel, polished tannins and judicious barrel notes add up to a thoroughly delicious effort.
