Clean and ripe raspberry notes are cut with complex scents of coyote brush, slate and sweet tobacco smoke. The palate is juicy, with flavors of wild berries and Bing cherries as well as strong accents of dried herbes de Provence, sagebrush and chipped slate. Strong acidity tingles the tongue long into the finish.
