Kang, who worked her way up the ranks at several bars throughout Vegas, was the Nevada Restaurant Association’s 2015 Bartender of the Year. She also participated in Tales of the Cocktail’s prestigious Cocktail Apprentice Program, where she mixed batched cocktails for the whole event. In addition to her work at The Dorsey, Kang serves as a consultant and spokesperson for Cocktail Artist cocktail mixers.
