 roceeds benefit local cancer research organizations and the recovery effor
 ts of cancer patients in Middle Tennessee.</p>\n<p>\n	Featured chefs will 
 include New York chef and James Beard Award winner <strong>Nate Appleman</
 strong>\; <strong>Roderick Bailey</strong> of Nashville&rsquo\;s Silly Goo
 se\, <strong>Tyler Brown</strong> of the Capitol Grille at the Hermitage H
 otel\; the tandem pair of <strong>Andrew Ticer</strong> and <strong>Michae
 l Hudman</strong> of Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen and Hog and Hominy in 
 Memphis\; <strong>Will Uhlhorn</strong> of Table 3 in Nashville\; <strong>
 Tandra Watkins</strong> of Capital Hotel Little Rock Tandy Wilson of City 
 House Nashville\; and others.</p>\n<p>\n	The dinner will showcase wines of
  the Stags Leap District in Napa Valley\, California\, including offerings
