Tickets are now on sale online and at Wegm ans for the prestigious New York Ice Wine &\; Culinary Festival\, hoste d again this year by Casa Larga Vineyards in Fairport\, N ew York. In its fifth year\, the festival is adding a culinary experience with foods that are inspired or infused with Ice Wine. \;
\n\n In \;New York State\, only 20 out of 324 wineries qualify as true Ice Wine producers. On Saturday\, February 16\, many of these wineries will converge at Casa Larga Vineyards to sample and sell their I ce Wines. This year the festival is adding a larger culinary experience. I ncluded in the ticket price will be samplings from Ice Wine-inspir ed cuisine tasting stations\, try samples of local foods and restaurants\, watch and attend Ice Wine and culinary seminars. \; A host of indoor and outdoor activities round o ut the festival: ice sculpting\, barrel toasting\, winery tours\, winter walks in the vineyards and even blackjack. Attendees will also receive a complimentary gift bag and commemorative glass with admissi on\, and have a free package valet service available to them to help with their purchases. \;
