\n With a dash of science\, a pinch of atmosphere and a heap ing helping of food and wine\, the Museum of Science &\; Industry will host its 18th annual Einstein on Food &\; Wine event o n Saturday\, Feb. 2. \; This is the event to attend for anyone who enj oys wine\, food\, music and supporting a worthy cause through a silent auc tion. ABC Fine Wine &\; Spirits\, the host sponsor for the event\, will feature more than 50 vintners with a variety of wines\, including reds\, whites\, champagne\, domestic and imported. \; Delicious food and dess ert from an array of local restaurants will be featured including: \; Chart House\, TC Choy Asian Bistro and The Melting Pot. \; In addition to the food and wine\, a silent auction will be held with proceeds to ben efit MOSI&rsquo\;s educational programs. \;
