 nesday evenings. &ldquo\;Wine Down Wednesday&rdquo\; will take place every
  week from 5-7 p.m.&nbsp\; Wine Director Lance Gresak and a variety of loc
 al wine representatives will pour and discuss six different wines. Partici
 pants will visit the tasting table\, sample wines and enjoy passed appetiz
 ers created by Executive Chef Clark Grant ($15 fee).</p>\n<p>\n	The wines
