 ecutive Chef Andy Motto has created a four course menu (smoked sturgeon\; 
 roquefort ravioli\; venison\; chocolate dessert) to pair with McCallan 10 
 year\, 12 year\, 15 year and 17 year scotch.</p>\n<p>\n	The fee to attend
