Brooklyn, NY: Fabbrica Restaurant Bi-Weekly Chef's Tasting Menu
Gastronomes can delight in the launch of a new exclusive 14-seat Chef’s Table, bi-weekly dining series, with a twice monthly curated menu at Brooklyn’s Fabbrica Restaurant & Bar in Williamsburg. Executive Chef Jennifer Cole-Ruiz and “Chopped” Winner will offer a five-course seasonal Italian menu for a lucky set of 14 guests every other Tuesday for $55. A paired wine menu option will also be available for $45 additional. Reservations will be made available 14-days in advance of the desired date by phone or via the restaurant’s website. Each event’s menu will be announced the week of the event on Fabbrica’s website and via social media links.
Chef’s Table will be held biweekly on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm. Next one April 29.
