Old Vines, New Vines, Old Wines: Australia is home to some of the oldest vines on the planet, yet, there are many plantings of new clones and different varieties. The first flight of wines will compare and contrast these two themes. The second flight addresses the question of age-ability by presenting Semillon, Riesling and Shiraz, each with 10 year age differences, to highlight the evolution of Australia's classic styles.
On February 3 more than 20 wineries will poor 200 wines from more than 20 regions. In addition, focus tables will shine a spotlight on wines from some of the oldest vines on the planet and on the exciting world of Australian Chardonnay.
