On Wednesday, November 20th beginning at 6:30 pm, you’re invited to experience an evening dedicated to wine and food exploration led by Tony Burger, Operating Partner and Sommelier at D.O.C. Wine Bar Lombard, which was named this week to Open Table’s 2013 Top 100 List (for best wine list) – one of only two restaurants in Illinois to receive the honor.
“If you look close enough into the glass, you can learn about science, geology, geography, even history,” says Tony about wine tasting. At the November 20th Wine Dinner, Tony will share with guests such insight onto Duckhorn’s world-renowned Merlot, plus an assortment of their other award-winning bottlings.
