Giorgio will enlighten you on the unique characteristics of the Barbaresco region, viniculture and selections, creating a truly extraordinary wine dinner experience.
To start, fontina cheese fondue with a crispy duck egg will be paired with a clear and bright Langhe. Two vintages of the Pelissero Barbaresco will be presented first with aromatic white truffle risotto, then paired with wild boar shoulder. To end the meal, enojy a pear poached in Moscato D'Asti with a glass of Pelissero's Moscato D'Asti Braida.
