Renown New Orleans restaurateur Dickie Brennan hosts "The Evolution of Creole Cuisine," a multi-course dinner paired with "M" by Michael Mondavi wines, at the historic James Beard House in Greenwich Village. Dickie and his 5 chefs — Stephanie Bernard & Ben Thibodeau, Tableau; Brandon Muetzel, Palace Café; Darin Nesbit, Bourbon House; Alfred Singleton, Dickie Brennan’s Steakhouse — created more than 15 dishes that re-imagine authentic Creole cuisine for this one-night only experience.
