Parks has been developing irreverent libations almost as long as he could legally drink. His career has been shaped by classic cocktails and the current obsession with reinventing them, and his resume is sprinkled with stints at prestigious drinking dens like Bourbon & Branch, Rickhouse and Range. Beyond managing all things beverage at the Michelin-starred Mourad, Parks founded Fifty Fifty Cocktail Co., a San Francisco-based team of bar consultants, and he’s racked up various cocktail competition awards. He’s also a champion of mezcal, serving as a brand ambassador for El Silencio.
