The much-lauded fine-dining restaurant from Alsace-born Chef Kreuther has almost doubled its wine selection in the last year. It now includes several verticals from the Rhône, Bordeaux and Italy.
From the sommelier:“I’m particularly excited about the vin naturel movement. It shows what can be achieved with passion in the wine world. Guests are responding very well to this and are pleasantly surprised by the quality. Over the past year, we also focused on having the eau de vie maker Rochelt imported to the U.S. We’re proud of offering the best eau de vie there is for the pleasure of our guests.” –Emilie Perrier
