Classic Dukes Bar Martini

  • 2 12 ounces chilled gin
  • Spray of vermouth
  • Strip of lemon peel and oil

Spray vermouth into the frosted glass and add
gin. Squeeze a few drops of oil from the lemon
peel zest, swipe the peel around the rim of the
glass, and drop it into the drink.
