At Tokyo’s popular new nightspot Two Rooms, martinis and mojitos made with distinctly Asian fruits and herbs like shiso and yuzu are the cocktails of the moment. Hands-down favorite is this sea green fresh kiwi martini perfumed with lychee.
- 1⁄2 kiwi, peeled
- 10 ml green apple syrup
- 35 ml 42Below Kiwi Vodka
- 25 ml lychee juice
Muddle kiwi in a cocktail shaker. Add
apple syrup, vodka and lychee juice.
Shake well. Pour into a chilled martini
glass. With nearly 100 ml of liquid this
will come nearly to the top.
