Lillie Coit

Adapted from a recipe by John Hulihan, Bartender, Lark Creek Steak, San Francisco.

  • 1 1/2 ounces Junipero Gin
  • 1 ounce Lillet Blanc
  • 1 ounce fresh squeezed orange juice
  • Dash Regans' Orange Bitters No. 6
  • 1 orange slice, for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker two-thirds full of ice and add the ingredients. Shake for approximately 15 seconds, strain into a chilled highball glass, and add the garnish.
