Golden Chrysanthemum

Ingredients

¾ ounce Suze
1 ounce Clear Creek Pear Liqueur
2 dashes pear brandy
1½ ounces dry sparkling wine
Lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

Combine Suze, pear liqueur and pear brandy in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake lightly, and strain into a coupe glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist.
