From Zoë, New York City

  • 1 1/2 ounces Mount Gay or Bar-bancourt rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce orange curaçao
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Freshly grated nutmeg

Shake rum, pineapple juice, curaçao and bitters together over ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Dust lightly with nutmeg.
