Spicy Dry Rubbed Short Ribs

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 3 pounds short ribs
Directions

Combine all ingredients; apply to meat and refrigerate for at least an hour before cooking. Preheat oven to 350° degrees. Cover pan; bake for 2-3 hours or until tender.
