The Frizzantino

From the Bellagio Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada

  • 1 sugar cube soaked in orange curaçao
  • 3/4 ounce Campari
  • Chilled Asti, or other Italina sparkling wine

Place the sugar cube at the bottom of a Champagne flute. Pour in the Campari. Top with the Asti or another Italian sparkler and serve.
