The Mr. Plant

This assertively cool drink created by mixologist Beau du Bois at the sleek Riot House bar in West Hollywood (RHWesthollywood.com) combines gin, agave, cucumber and freshly juiced tangerine. It’s the perfect way to kick back and chill out on a hot summer day. The Riot House, or “RH” was a nickname coined in the 70s when the hotel (which has since been redone under luxury ownership) was a favorite spot for rambunctious rock
stars. —LILLY KUWASHIMA
