- 4 pieces of lime
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon raw sugar
- Blend of lemon grass, rosemary & bay leaves
- 5 ounces Hendricks Gin
Muddle lime, mint leaves and sugar in a frosted glass. Mix in the blend of lemon grass, rosemary and bay leaves. Pour in the Hendrick’s gin.
Place the sugar cane wrapped in a mint sprig in glass, and add in a spring of rosemary. Top off with raw sugar.
