This drink is merely a variation on the Negroni that we concocted a few years ago—you’ll note that the ingredients are the same, but the proportions have been altered. If you aren’t fond of gin, use vodka in its stead. -Gary Regan and Mardee Haidin Regan
- 2 1/2 ounces London Dry Gin
- 1/2 ounce Campari
- 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1 orange twist, for garnish
Stir gin, Campari and vermouth over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the orange twist.
