Rare in the restaurant world, this Piedmont-inspired eatery is not only owned by its wine director (Master Sommelier candidate Ryan Fletter), the entire staff flies to Italy each year for wine education. Its 5,000-bottle wine cellar has vast depth in Barolo and Barbaresco and Fletter also explores surrounding areas like Roero and Ghemme.
