A weekly Champagne sabering event is just one attraction at this renowned, pink-hued Creole eatery, which recently reopened following renovation. Its 1,500-selection wine cellar is housed 
in the former stable of the circa-1795 building, and it also doubles as a private dining room.

Riot Dish: “Our regulars would revolt if there was no Bananas Foster—the dramatic, flambéed dessert that is the most-ordered item on our menu. It was a dish created at Brennan’s in 1951 and [we] imagine there might be something worse than a riot if we stopped serving it!”
