Sláinte to St. Patrick’s Day

¾ ounce Partida 100% Organic Agave Nectar
¼ ounce water
2 ounces Partida Blanco Tequila
¾ ounce fresh lime juice
2 sage leaves, for garnish

In a cocktail shaker, combine the agave nectar and the water, and shake. Add the Tequila and fresh lime juice and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with sage leaves.


Midori Shamrock Shooter

2 ounces MIDORI Melon Liqueur  
½ ounce Carolans Irish Cream Liqueur
½ ounce Irish whiskey

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a shot glass.

1¾ ounces Redbreast Whiskey
½ ounce Pedro Ximénez Sherry
½ ounce Fernet-Branca
¼ ounce Yellow Chartreuse
Dash Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters

Combine the whiskey, Sherry, Fernet-Branca, Chartreuse and bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a coupe glass.
