Give the Americanized margarita a break already (seriously, how many has it been this summer?) and mix up Mexico’s most popular thirst-quenching Tequila cocktail.
In a glass, combine 2 ounces of fresh grapefruit juice; an ounce of lime juice; an ounce of simple syrup.
Add ice, stir in 2 ounces of Tequila and top with club soda.
Next, drop in a liberal pinch of salt and stir once. Garnish with an orange slice.
