Robyn Bentley, the founder and president of Wine Country Consultants, said her son, Ross, 30, has joined the business as a partner. The St. Helena, California-based commercial real estate firm represented both the buyer and seller in the recent acquisition of Kitchak Cellars by Jan Krupp of Krupp Brothers, former owner of Stagecoach Vineyards. Krupp in March sold the 1,300-acre site on Pritchard Hill in Napa to E. & J. Gallo, the world’s largest family owned wine company.

Wine Country Consultants’ other recent clients have included: Sinegal Estate, Kieu Hoang Winery, Vogt Vineyard and Vinoce Vineyards. The firm focuses on legacy vineyards and wineries and offers both brokerage and consulting services for premier wine-growing regions around the world.

Ross Bentley has spent the last eight years in working at Hundred Acre Wine Group, most recently as director of production, building on his prior responsibilities as operations manager.
