Francis Ford Coppola Winery has teamed up with Food Network Kitchen to bring you a trio of cooking classes featuring holiday recipes paired with Francis Ford Coppola wines. Food Network’s Amanda Freitag, Chopped judge and award-winning cookbook author, has created the three recipes to complement hand-selected wines from The Family Coppola portfolio.
Three below recipes—Chorizo in a Blanket, Pears with Black Pepper Goat Cheese, and Crab Cakes on Toast—were prepared by Chef Freitag in three episodes that are available to stream on-demand on the new Food Network Kitchen app.
You can also purchase the featured Coppola wines and join the fun while you prepare Chef Freitag’s recipes at home. The wines will be available through the Francis Ford Coppola Winery online store and local stores throughout the country, as well as through drizly.com, an alcohol e-commerce site that delivers wines to your doorstep from a local retainer within a one hour delivery window.
“This is the future…and I love it! Engaging, interactive and delicious entertainment. It’s a unique partnership and I’m excited to see the results. We’re always looking for new platforms to connect directly with our consumers in more innovative ways,” states Jennifer Leitman, Francis Ford Coppola Winery’s EVP, Strategic Partnerships.
