Choosing on-point wine- and food-pairings has never been easier. Wine Enthusiast has partnered with Francis Ford Coppola to launch the Alexa skill that expertly pairs wines with a diverse array of cuisines and dishes, with the expertise of two legendary brands behind every selection.
After downloading the Wine Enthusiast skill on your Amazon Alexa app, launch the skill by saying “Alexa, open Wine Enthusiast.” Then ask Alexa for a pairing by saying “Alexa, ask Wine Enthusiast what wine goes with Chicken Marsala.” or “Alexa, ask Wine Enthusiast to pair a wine with Chicken Marsala.” and you’ll receive an ideal pairing wine for the dish. To get another recommendation for the same dish, just say “Alexa, tell me another.”
The Wine Enthusiast skill will also provide step-by-step recipes pulled right from pages of the magazine and sent directly to your Alexa app.
If you don’t have an Amazon Echo product you can still use the Wine Enthusiast skill. Just download and install the Alexa app on your phone, add the Wine Enthusiast skill and you are ready to start pairing!
