Comfort Cooking During Quarantine Guacamole Grilled Cheese and Chardonnay

Now that shelter-in-place is the new normal, people are home, bored and hungry! Silverado Vineyards winemaker Jon Emmerich has teamed up with James Beard award-winning author and cheese expert Laura Werlin to show you how to combine three of your favorites. Laura’s Chips & Guacamole Grilled Cheese Sandwich recipe from her book, “Grilled Cheese, Please!” is the perfect pairing with Chardonnay. In the video, Jon highlights two from Napa Valley’s iconic Silverado Vineyards.
