18401 Cellars 2017 Proprietary Red (Walla Walla Valley (WA))

This wine is 46% Cabernet Sauvignon (Seven Hills), 41% Merlot (Figgins) and 13% Petit Verdot (Loess). The aromas boast notes of vanilla and baking spice along with slightly dried-out red and black fruit. The flavors are considerably more restrained than the aromas might suggest, delivering plenty of refined enjoyment. Sean P. Sullivan
