This saison is aggressively spicy, with forward notes of cardamom, pepper, yeast and clove-spiked lemon peel. Hints of herbal hops, grass, biscuit and faint banana also appear on the nose, and carry through to the medium-weight palate where the citrus flavor becomes more pronounced. High carbonation helps to keep the mouthfeel crisp and lively, followed by a drying spiciness that lingers long on the finish. A unique, spice-laden interpretation of the classic farmhouse style.
